BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a paradigm shift taking place in the building construction industry. This new work process has been made possible by the advent of new software technologies. These platforms allow for the development and simulation of design-construction-management of a building.

RCMS specializes in the support of these technolgies through consulting, production and development. In 2006, RCMS developed a proprietary methodology called iBIM (Integrated Building Information Modeling). This methodology was developed to serve a fast growing need of stakeholders in the AEC community that benefit from standard processes and deliverables without the need of investing in substantial software/hardware requirements and training.
