Once completed, updating an iBIM Model with as-builts provides a new deliverable to the owner. Instead of providing piles of paper, DVDs & cutsheets, the Architect can provide an iBIM Operate model as a single object with all of the essential data. Everything from equipment models & maintainence schedules to color schemes, scales and pictures - all in one easily accessible location.

RCMS services support architectural back-end processes. Services run the gamut of managing BIM Object Models, creating BIM Families, producing Design Documents & Construction Documents to BIM Model creation for non-BIM enabled project team participants.
